This Fortune 50 semiconductor global leader was losing the race to fill the pipeline with the right female talent who felt confident and fully supported to lead. We tailored a creative solution to identify, invite, and inspire women globally to step into their potential, involving their largely male direct managers to be active allies. The "alchemy" of this solution included measuring the level of retention, promotion, and engagement of the women in the program while blending focused coaching, internal female speakers, and curated content tailored to the gaps holding women back.
