BUILDING A GLOBAL FEMALE LEADERSHIP PIPELINE 

This Fortune 50 semiconductor global leader was losing the race to fill the pipeline with the right female talent who felt confident and fully supported to lead. We tailored a creative solution to identify, invite, and inspire women globally to step into their potential, involving their largely male direct managers to be active allies. The "alchemy" of this solution included measuring the level of retention, promotion, and engagement of the women in the program while blending focused coaching, internal female speakers, and curated content tailored to the gaps holding women back. Results were gratifying and many women today who hold senior roles are graduates of this peer leadership experience. Thousands of participants around the world relate this learning and development experience as a career enabler and personal development highlight.

TRANSFORMING TECHNICAL EXPERTS TO BE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATORS

This rapidly growing veterinarian practice successfully recruited hundreds of doctors and technicians in their expansion. Though onboarding and technical training were working well, many doctors and vet technicians were missing a critical capability to help pets be healthy: relational skills with the pet owners. With over 1,000 clinics nationally and a strategy to move into foreign markets, a scalable solution was needed. Our firm designed an integrated approach including customized content, a learning experience that fit their work cadence, and leveraged internal trainers to allow for scaleIncorporating their company values and unique business model, we partnered with them to build a solution that raised their net promotor score and raised doctor and vet technicians' competence and confidence.
